Shipping: Information

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from our studio in Bet Shemesh, Israel. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Please note that orders are not processed on Shabbat (Friday evening through Saturday evening) or during Jewish holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

The United States is our primary shipping destination. Here are the estimated delivery times and rates:

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking number does not show any movement after 3 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about duties and taxes that may apply to your order.

Israel Fine Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Art prints are shipped flat or in sturdy tubes, protected with acid-free tissue paper and rigid mailers or reinforced boxes.

Acrylic prints and framed items are packed with corner protectors and bubble wrap for extra security during transit.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 14 business days for domestic or 28 business days for international), please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
