Refund: Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Israel Fine Arts. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please review the details below.
2-Day: Return Window
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at leah@israelfineart.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return: Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 2 days of delivery
- The item must be in new, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for the return
- Returns are accepted by mail only — the return shipping label is the customer's responsibility
- There are no restocking fees
Exchanges: Policy
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or: Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a full refund at no additional cost to you.
We take great care in packaging our art prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that damage occurs during transit, we will make it right.
Refund: Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
Refunds are issued for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Non-Returnable: Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, hung, mounted, or altered
